The idle speed is being controlled by the comuputer thru IACV and its not adjustable-try cleaning out the IACV and see what happens

On the throttle body toward the back of the engine...you have that long flat part of the throttle body...and all the way back to the firewall is a hole, with at screw in it..which uses a flat head screwdriver..turn that just a little..CCW is faster.
