I hear a door chiming or something and the dome light is on

i have a 95 ford windstar theres a chiming , door ajar lamp on and the rear dome light on . when all the doors are closed. i looked up for a tsb found there is one for the sliding door .it was issued in 95 can it be the contact points just went out?? the tsb says the sliding door contact terminal have to be replace. the faulty door ajar lamp and the chiming along with the dome light just went off like a few weeks ago.
