I mistakenly adjusted the throttle on the screw that is the closed stop.
Can you help me with instructions on how it should be adjusted?

Fuel injector stop screw? Or idle air speed adjuster?

Back it off a couple turns. Start the truck and adjust it so the idle is around 800 RPM.

Thank you for your response. I was referring to the adjustment on injector linkage that prevents the throttles from sticking shut.
Does your suggestion mean with the IAC plugged in or not?

Throttle body linkage. Injectors have no linkage. They are controlled electronically.

With it connected. If I'm understanding you correctly, and thus thinking about the right part, the screw you screwed all the way in shuts off the airflow to the engine. Back it out some so the engine will run and then adjust it so the idle, in Park, is about 800 RPM. There's a sticker under the hood, probably on the fan shroud, with the proper idle speed written on it. You want to adjust the idle to that speed.
