1995 Thunderbird(V-8):Two months ago the AC got stuck on high, causing temperature control inoperable, followed by a spiking voltmeter that eventually ceased to function. I removed the blower motor resistor- blower works fine. Replaced blower motor resistor and temperature controls. AC/heating still a problem-not working.
