Car wont start

Car sat for 8 years with bad head change gaskets and everything hooked everything back but car wont start its a 96 ford taurus gl 3.0l ohv

Are you saying it cranks good but won't start or it won't even crank? Battery has a full charge and all connections are clean and tight on both ends? When you turn on the key, do the dash lites come on? Any of the other electricals work? I haven't looked at your security system, where applicable.
