FOR INSTANCE,
ON ONE OF MY JEEPS, IDLE SPEED MUST BE 700 RPM, REMOVE AND PLUG VACUUM ADVANCE, THEN DO THE PROCEDURE.8 DEGREES BTDC, THEN RECONNECT VACUUM ADVANCE. IT STARTS WITH ABOUT ONE REVOLUTION W/ STARTER OR ROLL STARTING.
MY OTHER JEEP HAS NO VACUUM ADVANCE, IDLE SPEED MUST BE 600 RPM. SET TO 5 DEGREES BTDC. IT EZily STARTS USING THE STARTER AND ROLL STARTING. MY DAUGHTER CAN "HAND CRANK" HIM WITH ABOUT A 1/4 TO 1/2 OF A REVOLUTION.
