While I was driving my 1995 Ford lost power on the highway while driving.... Checked starter and it's Good had battery charged it's full and good.'..... Don't know what direction to go in.....

we have no motor size so i will generalize

check compression, fuel pressure and spark. one will be missing and we go from there
