Car will not start.

My car won't start. New battery, know it needs a fuel pressure regulator. Jumping it doesn't do anything. When key is turned all lights are able to work-engine is silent. 1995 Ford Probe SE.

If the engine doesn't crank when you turn the key then you first check the condition of the bat cables/terminals on both the ground and positive side. If they are good, then the starter is bad.
