1995 Ford Mustang T Put Convertible Top Down Push Switch There S Sound There

I can't put my convertible top down. When I push the switch there's no sound at all. Is there a fuse that is connected to that switch.

there is a fuse and circuit breaker if either one of thesee is bad it won't send power although breakers rarely go bad her eis diagram of system
