1995 Ford Mustang Front Driver Side Wheel Screeches Horrible Turn Left Right

My front driver side wheel screeches horrible when i turn left or right. I had new front end put on it about a year ago but did not replace driver side tie rod. Steering is okay and steering wheel does not shake. What is wrong?

i would suspect that you need an alignment or have possible wheel bearing issue
