1995 Ford Mustang First gear popping out

Everytime I have to drive, when starting to accelerate, the first gear almost always pops out, making a big noise, and goes into neutral, only happens with the first gear. I can prevent this by reving to 1500-2000 RPM and letting the clutch out fast, but that as you can imagine is not the correct thing to do..

you'll hav eto check for a linkage or synchro problem inside trans for that.
