1995 PSD electrical

Have a 1995 PSD drawing juice from power distribution box all the time. Pulled each fuse and relay out individually and still pulls juice. Disconnected the wire from box and it stopped pulling juice. Any suggestions as to where to go from here?

alternator diconnect it and if voltage drops to normal, teplace it.
