1995 Ford F 150 Literally Just Rebuilt 4 9 300 Ran Great Day Until Heading Home

I literally just rebuilt my 4.9 300 and it ran great all day until I was heading home. I checked for spark on all plug wires and numbers 1,4,5,and 6 have intermittent spark. Ignition module, cool, cap, rotor, plugs and wires are all brand new along with the pickup in the dist. Any ideas?

Check ins in loom plug for module, make sure all are tight and no corrosion, start here.
