I'm putting a 85 carbed 5.0 in place of my efi 5.0 and I was wondering what all am I going to have to change on the truck to not have engine lights on and making sure the transmission will shift right?

Most of it should be straight forward, but you will need to add a fuel pressure regulator to help fuel not blow past the float in the carb.

You. mau have a check engine light but if that happens we can address each issue as it presents itself. Make sure all the sensors for the fuel injector are still hooked up the best you can and get back to us if you have any troubles.
