Have brakes on left driver side and righ rear.

Have brakes on left driver side and righ rear have brakes on the other two can get fluid to come out or get any brakes what coud be the problem

I can't understand that long sentence but it sounds like you're not getting brake fluid to flow from one of the wheels. If that's a rear brake look at how the vehicle is jacked up and supported. If the rear axle is hanging down the height-sensing proportioning valve will limit fluid flow to the rear wheels. It limits pressure when the truck is lightly loaded to prevent easy rear wheel lockup.
