95 explorer has weak spark at the coil on two cylinders causing bad misfire. I replaced the coil but the concern is still present. What could cause this?

The combination of the plug and the coil determines the strength of the spark. Make sure you have new Autolite or Motorcraft brand plugs only.

I was asking if it could be the intake gasket for the simple fact that I have a similar issue and I have done about everything else as well and still have a random misfire on cylinder 6 with a rough idle and low RPM's

Oh well just thought I would ask! BTW! If the person who you were helping had any respect for your help he would have at least said thanks and let you know what the problem was. I always say Thanks and respond when the problem is fixed. Well have a good day!
