1995 Ford Escort Went Change 100 Fuse Box By Battery One Prongs Came Off Still

I went to change the 100 fuse in the fuse box by the battery and one of the prongs for the fuse came off of the fuse and is still in there is there a way to get it out, as it is very stuck. Help
