cooling fan stays on when I start engine and it is burning the cooling fan relay.

you need to check your belt wp and rad to make sure they are in good shape. the switches cold be bad as well . there are 2 different systems one for 1.8 andanother for 1.9 depending on what engine you have. you could have a bad ground as well.
