My 1995 ford escort clutch won't let me put go into 1st gear or any other gears.Sometimes I can make it go into gear by turning car off and pumping clutch then turning car back on.Can you help me please?i just had the clutch replaced too.

This sounds like the clutch disc has fallen apart. I would go over this video which can show you what the problem is.
