Bright Headlights went out. Do I need to take the steering wheel off to replace the combination switch.

Disconnect negative battery cable.
Remove steering wheel.
Remove upper and lower shrouds.
Unplug connectors.
Remove switch from housing.

. To install, reverse removal procedure.
