unplug either injector number 1 or 7 it runs fine?

I have a 1995 ford e350 cube van with a 7.3 powerstroke and when i unplug either injector number 1 or 7 it runs fine but when i plug them back in it misfires on the opposite side what could be causing this?

is the check engine light on?? the FICM may be a suspect here
