Recently my fan blade fell off of the front of my engine. it is a 5.0L 1995 Ford Bronco. Do I need to replace the water pump as well as the blade and fan clutch?

be a good time to do it i would think if it hasn't been done in a while? is it really necessary? not if pump is not leaking or wobbles/noisy or is otherwise damaged in some way.

How did the fan come off? Did the bolts come loose or did the water pump break off?
