no brake lights and bulbs and fuses are good, it may be the stop light swith???

Did you use a voltage tester at the stop lamp fuse? Check for voltage, hot all the time. If that checks out, the stop lamp switch is next. Use a voltage tester, Yellow wire is voltage to the switch, hot all the time. When switch is activated, the green wire goes hot and carries voltage to stop lamps.
