1995 Ford Aspire. I replaced the Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires, Cap and Rotor, air Filter, did an Oil Change including replacing the oil filter.

When the car reaches and/or passes 45 mph, the car chugs/hesitates/boggs. No smell or other evidence of fuel leak. Sometimes idles bad.

Any suggestions?
