I submitted a question before regarding this car. I have a problem with squeeling and the serpentine belt coming off.

It seems as though the timing belt cover is rubbing against the belt. I see alot of residue from the belt around it,

I want to replace it, but Ford doesn't make the cover any longer - I've called some junk yards but no success, what do I do?

I have one I could sell ya cheap. Also if you dont care how it looks do what i did when Mine was running and just cut the bottom near the belt.. it will look like crap but is better then burning belts because the plastic is running on it.. its 4 screws holding it on.. standing on the pasanger side loooking at the engine the one to your left bottom is the hardest, but not impossible once the alt belt is removed :) My aspire vids are on youTube Simbalage22 if you want to search

Make sure it is properly mounted and tight.
