I over filled my rad tank it boiled over lost a lot of fluid just below cold full line car runs hoses and fan seem okay car temp red lines what's going on now

Is it still boiling over? If so check and test the thermostat if okay-try bleeding the cooling system and see what happens-let me know-

No it's not boiling over as far as I can tell but the gauge maxes out although car seems to be running fine despite the heat I can feel when driving and opening the hood, should the color be green in my plastic tank

Should be if you're using antifreeze-also check the coolant temperature sensor this is the one that reads the engine temperature and the thermostat controls the temperature. Lets check above suggestions and get back with your findings in order to continue
