The solenoide in questions forms part of the careburator. It's function is for petrol safety reasons and stops the inflow of petrol when the engine stops running and the ignition key is turned off.

That is the fuel cut solenoid. You won't be able to get the correct price here. You need to enquire locally as proces varies according to location.
