20 amp fuse Interior Brake Lamp in distribution center is draining power. When fuse is pulled, blower fan comes on. Is that normal and how do I find what is actually draining power? We have checked all of the obvious lights in car and trunk they are ok. Used a multimeter to find which fuse was the problem.

put a circuit breaker int ehfuse and check for grounded wires, it could be anywhere in system. also check yoru gournds batt to body, eng to batt and batt to eng
