1995 Dodge Stealth Where is the PCM located?

My car won't start and I was told to replace the PCM. The problem is I don't know where it is located on this vehicle. I was told it is somewhere on the engine. I was also told it was the crank positioning sensor, and I don't know where that is located at either.

single or dual overhead cam it makes a difference

pcm is engine control module make that the last thing you replace as it may not be bad.
