it is a 1500 5.2l v8 318
my truck bogs down and sometimes stalls when in reverse and you try to give it gas and then let off of the gas or when the rpm is at around 1000 and you are pushing the gas pedal. I have to basically mash the gas to keep it running.

start with a fuel pressure check. could also be a clogged cat converter
