I, tried originally breaking loose the Drain Plug for the oil pan, broke it loose and all it did was spin. So I just decided to buy everything outright, and now I'm stuck because there is a bracket in the way and I don't want to remove the oil pan without pan falling out.

The motor that you are working on should not have any bracket in the way of the oil pan

Drain engine oil into a suitable container, then remove the oil pan attaching bolts and pan.
Clean oil pan and all gasket surfaces.

That's the front engine mount. It doesn't hold the engine up. It just keeps it from rocking during acceleration and braking.
