1995 Dodge Neon wont start, maybe a fuel pump issue

i need thorough instructions on testing my power distribution center, asd circuit, generator and fuel pump circuits also. my fuel pump energizes when key is turned on. While cranking i'm not sure , but when i'm finished cranking it and return to the run all voltages and resistances at on off run positions would be appreciated
