getting codes 12 and 54

i know what the codes are and have replaced the parts but still having the same issues

Fault codes never say to replace parts. They identify the circuit or system that needs further diagnosis. What exactly did you replace for code 12, "Battery disconnected within last 50 starts"?

What are the "same issues"? A few details would sure be helpful.
