How do I fix OBDI fault 12 (memory to controller has been cleared within 50-100 engine starts) on '95 caravan?

12 Battery input to PCM disconnected during last 50 key starts. Check and test the battery feed circuit pin no.3 on the computer

12 just means the ignition switch was turned off. It's only a problem if it comes back during a test drive and you read the codes before turning the ignition switch off. Every car has this code but some models don't bother to display it.
