1995 g15mf engine 8valve racer car wont idle staight away

i have to rev for a while then it will idle at a rough idle , but as soon as you turn it off you have to do same again even if engine hot or cold it does not snuff ever. Also i am having a hard time finding a plug diagram to match plug for getting flash or other codes so any help would be wonderful, this car has 3 wires left side of plug 1 on right.

check for vacuum leaks and check the idle air control valve.
