1995 Chrysler New Yorker electical problem

My fuel gauge goes from full to empty, the airbag light comes on and off, the ac will turn on automaticly and can't shut if off for a while, the tach will go up and down so will the speed meter all this will happen with the car just switch on. After about 10 to 20 minutes all indicatios will return to normal. When I crank it the same conditions will occur.T I have check all the fuses under the hood and inside the car by the driver side. This is a 95 chrysler new yorker
