1995 Chrysler New Yorker Car Wont Start Before Had This Thouht Fuel

car wont start, before it had this issue thouht fuel injectors were bad, have checked all ground, fuel pump , coil pack, put in new crank and cam sensors and nothing. also checked timing belt. could it be a bcm that needs to be replaced?
