1995 Chrysler New Yorker Cam Sensor Out Weekly Idea Could Causing This

cam sensor goes out weekly. any idea what could be causing this?

What led you to the cam sensor in the first place? The only cam sensor code I could find was code 54, no cam sync signal at the pcm. I'd have to check the wiring and connectors at the cam sensor and computer. The code doesn't tell you what to replace only that the systyem thinks there is a problem on that circuit. Any shared ref voltage and ground circuits will need to be checked.
