I need to recharge the ac in a '95 LHS, The low side port isn't identified in the manual, I see 2 capped ports in the front left center of engine, one on top with an H, another under it with a L can I assume that is the low port? Thanks

Actually, tested that line (L) with the gauge and it has 45psi on it. If there is freon and the compressor belt is working any clues go why it won't cool? Left it on auto at 65 degrees and it's definitly not cooling.

yes and the ports are different sizes anyhow. as you have automatic temp control you'll need to get that checked out first before you start screwing around and adding freon as it is easy to overcharge R134 systems. you could have a senosr bad or something simillar causing that.
