1995 Chevrolet Van vacuum line

the van does not shift out of second gear in to 3rd because this vacuum line is missing, I think this is the reason,just need to know the size to buy I have been told there is at least five or six different sizes that it could be and no one has the chart they need to know for sure what the right size is

We don't have the diameter of the tubing. However if it is not shifting it could be a shift solenoid. Get the trouble codes pulled. Any Advance Auto or Auto Zone will do this for free and might be able to tell you the size of the vacuum line if you still need it.
