1995 G20 chevy van 350 K TBI. Van won't start/run unless accelerator to floor. Black smoke from tailpipe. Engine getting too much fuel. Plugs black from excessive fuel, plug wires ok-low resistance. Is this fuel pressure regulator, injectors(2), or oxygen sensor?

Not o2 sensor.

Sounds like bad injector or regulator.

Take off the air filter and see if the injector leaks with key on only, not running
