Idle's at 1500 RPM
Changed IAC & EGR no change
No Vacuum leaks found
A/C relay checked fine
PVC Checked Fine
Checked IAC operation, works fine

I'm at a loss on what to look for now...

Im running into the same issue and my model tahoe I think the idle speed is controlled by the ecm
