car keeps revving by itself whats wrong

We warm up car for 30 mins n when driving or standing car revvs by itself won't stay below 1 rpm

It revs while driving down the road with foot on the accelerator pedal, open throttle? How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Maybe a vacuum leak? Clean the throttle-body and idle air control, that should only apply to idle issues.
