1995 Chevrolet Silverado Wont Switch Heat Kick On Blower Checked Blower Fine

It wont switch to heat and it wont kick on the blower, i checked the blower its fine there must be some type of relay?

Did you check for voltage and ground at the blower connector? Purple wire is voltage, black wire is ground. Did you check applicable fuses? Not only check the fuses, check for voltage at the fuse circuit, use voltage tester, key on.

There is a high blower relay. When the relay is energized, only voltage for high-speed. When relay is not energized, have continuity/voltage for lower speeds.
