1995 Chevrolet Silverado Reason Arm Rest Will Down Now Usually Down Put Haul

For some reason, my arm rest will not go down now. I usually have it down, but I put it up to haul some things and now I can't get it to fold back down. I can't find anything that is "locked" or anything. Please help if you can!!!!

try pullin gpup then omoving down it could be stuck but without seeing it hard to give an answer
