1995 Chevrolet Silverado Motor Does Want Idle Down Replaced Sensors Including

motor does not want to idle down. I have replaced all sensors including, tps, oxygen, and a few others. Im thinking either timing is off or throttle body gasket to intake. what do you think.

Did you replace the idle air control valve? Check for vacuum leaks.
