Recently, while driving at night, I blew a fuse which knocked out my dashboard lights, my tail lights, front fender lamps, license lamps, and various other lights associated with the 20 amp "PARKING LPS" fuse.

I replaced this fuse, the lights work for about 30 minutes, then the fuse blows again.

I have checked the wires with an amp/volt meter and I have a ground somewhere between the tail lights to the dashboard light switch to the front fender lamps.

Any suggestions on where the ground is probably located?

I usually find these shorts at the light socket area. Remove the lights and look for cuts. Remove front grill and see if the wires might be pinched. Also very important is to check to see if it has a trailer light harness and look for a short there. Hope this helps

I have checked all of the lights and the wires about 8 - 10 inches from the light bulbs. They all were fine. Thanks for your help though.
