Replaced fuel pressure regulator on a 4.3 v6 vortec 95 chevy s10. When doing so the top piece(where top screw goes) on boss mount broke. The regulator is still secured in mount with bottom screw. Orface in right spot. Put truck back together now no start. Lots of fuel smell? Is the regulator the problem. Even though it is secure and doesn't move

Check your fuel pressure that will tell you is it vacuum or mechanical, if it'smechanical good chance it's no good from being broken
