I have given it a full tune up...plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air and fuel filters. Also replaced egr sensor, map sensor, throttle position sensor, and air sensor. Truck has no cold idle. After it warms up it it runs a little better

wow, lots of parts.

the idle air control valve controls high and low idle. check it.
