Blinker Problem

i have a 1995 S10 and my right side blinker works but the left side just stays on and doesnt blink. What do i need to do to fix this?

The first thing i would check is the flasher relay.

First just check the bulb, front and back. If one of them is out, it can cause the other one to flash quickly or just stay on. Just because it comes on and stays on, it does not mean that it is working.
